The Banger Brothers is the brainchild of Brian Murphy and Glenn Evans. They saw a need for quality affordable menu items at major events throughout the country. After countless hours of research and development they developed a concept that offers international flavours with an Aussie influence at an affordable price. The concept is a gourmet sausage, served on a bed of the freshest garden salad, drizzled with a homemade sauce to compliment the flavours of the handcrafted sausage and all served in an easy to handle wrap.
